Crofton Design shortlisted to win the 2016 Constructing Excellence Award - London South East

Wednesday, March 23, 2016

We are delighted to have been shortlisted to win the Constructing Excellence Award London South East for the Integration and Collaborative Working category.

We used the Holborough Lakes School to demonstrate our collaborative approach to projects with our esteemed partners at : Baxall Construction, HazleMccormack Young (HMY), Campbell Reith and Faithful and Gould to collectively serve our client: Kent County Council

Our award submission is particularly purposeful for Crofton because it shows how five competent and successful businesses in their own right, who have efficiently integrated technology (and more specifically BIM and Virtual Reality), can come together to collaborate and co-create an environment that meets and exceeds the client’s brief and expectations. It is all the more meaningful to us because the end-result increased our social footprint by delivering projects that benefit the daily lives of a local community.

We strongly believe that whilst our respective companies’ skills and competences can have and continue to earn us an enviable reputation and secure projects, it is through collaboration and integration with partners within that we will advance the standards in construction.

We are most grateful to Constructing Excellence for helping us carry this message and give us a platform to showcase our wiliness and determination to achieve this ideal which will benefit all within and outside our industry.
