It comprises of playing pitches/courts for cricket, hockey, football and tennis, and it is also available for other sports and activities requiring open grassed areas.

Phase 2 provided full building services design for the indoor areas of the scheme, including the new sports hall and new pavilion with accessible changing rooms. As well as lighting, fire alarm and security systems were installed, along with audio-visual facilities. Mechanical installations incorporated photovoltaics, ventilation and ductwork.
